14 months..

robert, you are 14 months old!! i just really can't believe it! we have had such a fun month and you are up to so many new things! i say it every month, but this is such a great age!

stats:

you are about 23 pounds

still wearing size 3 diapers and 12-18 month clothing

here are some fun facts about you!

you have 6 teeth.. 4 top, 2 bottom.. and you can really see them in your sweet smile now!

you love when your daddy throws you up in the air!

you take 3-4 steps at a time, but are still not walking completely on your own

you sleep 12 hours at night, with one 2-3 hour nap during the day

you are such a man and must control the remote at all times

you still use your paci, but chew on it more than you suck it

you say "mooo" for a cow, "woof, woof" for a dog, "grrrrr" for a lion, and "oo oo" for a monkey

you point to your nose

you say dada all the time but only say mama if you are needing something or sleepy :-)

you love to go the park and scream when we leave

you point to everything.. all the time

you love lights, and turning them on and off

you like to take lids on and off.. and have even started to unscrew caps

you love playing ball and laugh so hard when we chase after it

you throw temper tantrums (already)

you love to sit in mommy's lap while she eats dinner

you mimic us now.. you hold the phone to your ear and take a fork/ spoon and "feed" yourself

you love french fries and ice cream

you still will only take milk from a bottle.. but love your sippy cup for everything else. we are working on it! we are always trying new foods. you have your good and bad days with eating still.. but much more good than bad :-)

you love going to storytime at barnes and noble and have to be front and center to hear every word!

you smile all the time and wave to everyone you see

you love playing with your buddies and scream with excitement when you see other babies

you have learned to "color".. and try and eat the crayons

you are going to be eeyore for halloween (more to come, of course!)
