one of our favorite things about living in our area of california is its proximity to so many beautiful places. in just two hours, we can easily be in san francisco, napa, or the lake tahoe area. a couple weekends ago (the day of the royal wedding.. poor planning on my part..) we went to palo alto. we had so much fun catching up with old friends and enjoying the posh community that surrounds stanford (please, baby robert, attend stanford so your parents can visit you!).
