atlanta christmas..

for christmas, we packed up our bags and headed to atlanta! we had not been there since robert has been born so we were so excited for him to discover nana's home!

robert had so much fun with his nana, aunties, and uncle woof woof (also known as benny).

it was hilarious to watch benny and robert together. one was always chasing the other.. poor benny was worn out by the end of it. you can tell here that he was not super into robert being around, but robert was so excited to just sit with him :-)

the week was full of my favorite things about being home for christmas.. including my mom's cooking and cookie making!

and then christmas morning came. it was just robert and i for a bit when we got up.. he sat and played with the christmas tree and i just watched and thanked God for giving him to us. he is just our greatest gift. nothing could ever top it.

we had such a great time in atlanta!! we can't wait to head back for suzie's graduation in may!! in case anyone is keeping track, that makes me very, very old :-) we love you guys!
