sweet robert was baptized june 19th. we had the ceremony at st. john's episcopal church and it was so wonderful. the priest and entire congregation did amazing job helping us dedicate our son to God.
robert, of course, did such a wonderful job with his part too. he didn't cry until everyone started clapping for him at the end. i think the loud noise startled him... and he had come down with a nasty bug the day before and was running a fever through the whole ceremony :-(
rob and i chose three godparents for robert. we chose our sisters, suzie and shalani, and my brother, lanny. all these people are so very dear to us and we are so honored they have chosen to accept this role in our son's life.
