lauren is 11 months old..

11 months, miss lauren! it is unreal to me that you are almost a year!

at 11 months..

you learned to go from laying down to sitting up (on 7/16)

you started crawling on 7/23

you took a trip to vancouver and to lake tahoe

you have 7 teeth

you are very vocal with constant babbling

you still have a love affair with food

you do not like the car... still ;-)

you know what you want and have a little temper in you!

you are a peek-a-boo champ

you scared your mom to death when she had to give you the heimlich maneuver while we were out to eat. thank GOD you were just fine quickly afterwards!

you love the pool and really all things water- you start to fuss when you are ready for a bath

you idolize your big brother and want anything he has

love you our littlest one! 

lauren is 10 months old..

my lauren, you are 10 months old! time is flying by and you are just sweeter than ever!

at 10 months..

you are 29 inches and weigh 18 pounds

wear size 3 diapers and size 6-12 month clothing

you say "mama"

give some great kisses

wave hi and bye (sometimes both hands get involved)

you love animal noises

you get on all fours and rock, but you don't love it

you are trying to pull up

you love love love touch and feel books

you have 4 teeth

and love all things food :-)

love you so so much little love!! 

preschool graduation..

in june, robert graduated from his first year of preschool. words cannot describe how proud we are of our sweet boy. he has come leaps and bounds since the start of the year, in so so many ways. he started off the year not saying much, not potty trained, and really not liking school. now, his vocabulary is huge, he is easier to understand, he is super social and confident, he has best friends, and absolutely loves school. 

we love warners and feel so lucky to be part of their community. for the ceremony, the kids marched in to the graduation music (hilarious), were given "diplomas", and sang "what a wonderful world". i may have teared up. several times. that is robert and i's song :-)

as a celebration, the school rented out funderland in downtown sac. we had the whole park to ourselves! the kids had such a blast! 

of course, robert's favorite ride was the airplane ride :-)

family pictures..

while we were at the beach, we had some family pictures taken. it was a mother's day gift to my mom. i am so happy with the way they came out!

beach vacation..

in may, we headed to rosemary beach for the whole hall family! it was so much fun and such a great feeling to all be together in the same place, at the same time! the kids did great traveling and had an absolute blast with their cousins! hopefully, we can make this a regular thing!
